Some things never change. Not too long ago a very good friend of ours came to spend the weekend with us. I had to take a picture for a school assignment of something "exotic, humorous and mysterious. "...the results??.....we dressed up!
A grand time was had by all as I'm sure you can see by the light in our eyes. Ashley and my outfits were a couple of renaissance outfits we got from a friend, but Abbie's outfit ( last below) was made mostly from scratch at the time.
Abbie is wearing a petticoat from the past Victorian festival and a white Mexican dance blouse. Around her waist is a visor from a Battenberg lacy shower curtain as well as a pink scarf. In the end I did get my picture and we all had a lot of fun.
